Terms of Use

These terms cover DiskBeam for iPhone and iPad. You get the app from the App Store, so Apple’s standard licence applies to it, as to every App Store app. This page sums up what that means for your purchases, plus a few words of our own.

Effective date: 4 November 2026

Provider: Sebastian Škoić s.p. (developer of DiskBeam)

Address: Šturmova ulica 7A, Ljubljana, Slovenia

1. What the app does

DiskBeam lets a Mac on your network open files on your iPhone or iPad, and on drives plugged into it, as a network disk. It works while the app is open on screen.

2. Subscriptions and payment

Monthly starts with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Monthly and Yearly renew every month or every year at the price shown before you confirm, until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in Settings › your name › Subscriptions; the subscription then ends at the close of the period already paid for. Lifetime is paid once and does not renew. Buying it does not cancel a running subscription, so cancel that yourself. Apple charges your Apple Account and handles every payment.

3. Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If the law of your country gives you a right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content, or a longer warranty, these terms do not limit it.

4. Your files

When you allow your Mac to change files, it can add, rename and delete them on your iPhone or drive. Keep backups of files you care about, as you would with any disk.

5. Your data

The app collects nothing. Our Privacy Policy says the rest.

6. Changes to the app

We may add, change or remove features. Lifetime covers the app as it exists in the version you can install; it is not a promise of future features.

7. No warranty beyond the law

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost files. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or your rights as a consumer.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of Slovenia. If you are a consumer in the EU, the mandatory consumer protection of your own country still applies.
